With more than 20 years of experience in senior living, Jeanell brings a leadership approach centered on compassion, accountability, coaching, and service. She believes in leading by example, helping teams grow through understanding, and creating environments where both associates and residents can thrive.

Beyond senior living, Jeanell is passionate about community outreach, mentorship, and helping students pursue higher education through scholarship programs and service initiatives. She also enjoys directing youth choirs, spending time with family, and making memories with her grandchildren.

John’s passion for hospitality, resident engagement, and culinary excellence has helped elevate the dining experience and strengthen the overall community culture. His leadership has also supported lifestyle enrichment and sales efforts by creating experiences that bring people together around connection, conversation, and exceptional dining.

From launching a food truck at 20 years old to serving as a private chef for professional athletes and participating on the Super Bowl LI Culinary Team, John has built an inspiring career fueled by creativity, service, and purpose.

Beyond the kitchen, he is also a dedicated mentor and community leader who has worked with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, and My Brother’s Keeper Alliance to inspire future generations.
