Arsenal Bent over row🔥

This is more then a chest supported bent over row. With a built in DB rack, this is great for rear delt db laterals, DB or BB spider curls and BB seal rows.

The reason for todays trip wasn’t the piece in the previous post, it was this gem right here. The Nautilus Gen1 chain driven center drive leg curl. Yea, the color is ugly AF but will fix that. This one has been difficult to find but we have one now. Don’t let the looks of it fool you, looking like it should be in a bodybuilding museum somewhere, I know, but believe me when I say its one of the best, if not the best lying leg curl ever made, the strength curve is on point and will torch those hammy’s!

It will live in the yard for right now, once I get around to refurbishing it ( pads take 6weeks) it will be moved inside. try it next leg day and see for yourself,if its raining out, our 2nd option , The bodymasters leg curl is pretty damn good also.

When it comes to gym equipment,If it’s shiny and new, it’s just a copy of what has already been made and almost always lacking.The best equipment has already been made. We went today to pick up another Nautilus piece that I will be refurbishing and seen this classic piece and wasn’t leaving without it. Decades old , looking new and smooth as day 1. the squeeze you will get on this is unreal. The nautilus Gen1 chain driven “ mens chest” is one of those pieces that was made right the first time and even though the color doesn’t blend into the scheme here, it deserves to stick out like a sore thumb, its that good.
