MEET THE WYNDHAM COURT OF PLANO RESIDENT OF THE MONTH, MS. RUBY!
Ms. Ruby Phillips, a true country girl from Clarksville, Texas, was born and raised in a lively household with seven brothers and two sisters. After graduating from Dimple High School, she embarked on a journey that would last over three decades-a marriage of 33 ⅓ years. Together with her husband, Ms. Ruby raised two daughters, Debbie and Delores, and is the proud grandmother of five grandkids and two great-grandkids, who affectionately call her Granny Ru.
Ruby knew from a very young age she had a passion for caregiving which was her cherished occupation until retirement. Before her time at Wyndham Court, she enjoyed crafting and was an active member of the Dixie Trainers Square Dance Team. A favorite highlight was being invited to perform at the State Fair of Texas.
These days, Ms. Ruby relishes in watching old westerns, spending quality time with friends and community, and indulging in her manicure and pedicure pampering sessions. Always a source of joy, she is known for her infectious sense of humor-filled with jokes and captivating stories. With an adventurous spirit, you never quite know what delightful escapade Ms. Ruby will embark on next!
