Physical Therapy is more than just training your body to be at its fullest health, it’s about the commitment and determined mindset that allows your body to get there!

Progress to recovery isn’t immediate and may come with unexpected setbacks. You may feel great one day and the next you may feel like your back at the beginning. You must remember these things when in you’re attending your Physical Therapy appointments:

~ If you’re feeling better and want to minimize your treatments, discuss a maintenance plan with your Physical Therapist to reduce potential recurrences of the injury(s).
~ Take what you learn and apply it to your daily routine. Simply attending your PT treatments aren’t going to allow you to recover quickly and properly. Practice the exercises your therapist gives you in your sessions, and apply them into your daily routine at home.
