🌟 Meet Our Team: Rachel Costello 🌟

Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Rachel answered the call to birth work after the arrival of her first child—a transformative experience that led her to become a certified doula through DONA International. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and three years’ experience at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital as a Milk Technician, she brings both compassion and clinical insight to every family she supports.

Rachel’s goal is simple: to empower women and families to experience pregnancy, birth and postpartum with confidence, joy, and heart. When she’s not supporting births, you’ll find her enjoying beach days with family, training for her next big race, reading, or cooking nourishing meals.
