Where you give birth matters… don’t just go to the closest hospital! 🏥✨

Here are some things to research when choosing your birth location:

💛Cesarean rates?
💛Are hospitalists on site, or do providers need to be called in?
💛Is there a NICU if needed?
💛Is the hospital baby-friendly?
💛What’s their policy on doulas or extra birth support?
💛Do they have birth tools like peanut balls, birth balls, cubs, or pushing stools?

We know all this info can feel overwhelming, but your doula can help you review the details and guide you toward the best decision for you and your baby 💚
