We are so grateful for the Plant City High School AVID students who spent time with our residents at Grace Manor at Hunters Creek.
Their visit was filled with great conversations, thoughtful questions, and genuine connection. Moments like these remind us how special it is when generations come together. 💜

Last night at Grace Manor at Hunters Creek, we kicked off year 2026 with an incredible BINGO for the Cause! 🎉💜

Our community showed up with so much heart, we raised $300 in just our first evening! On top of that, we celebrated the amazing support from the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s, where Plant City came together and raised over $10,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association.

What a blessing. 💜 We’re already looking forward to everything 2026 has in store!
