Yesterday’s Mother’s Day event for our senior residents was absolutely beautiful, and it would not have been possible without so many amazing people coming together to make it special.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff for all of your hard work, love, and dedication to our residents each and every day. Special thanks to Home Bound Senior Social Assistant for all the help preparing for the event and for the wonderful video that captured so many sweet memories.

We also want to thank the Strawberry Crest High School Culinary students for helping prep, serve, and clean up. Your kindness and willingness to serve truly made a difference.

Our residents felt so loved, and that is what it’s all about.

It was such a joy celebrating alongside our wonderful mothers and their families. The afternoon was filled with love, laughter, and sweet memories that made the day so special.

May 4th fun was in full force as we celebrated “May the Force Be With You” Day and a very Happy Birthday to Grace Manor at Hunters Creek! ⭐️🎉

We kicked things off with Jedi Training alongside our residents. Each participant earned their white coat to begin training and after passing, advanced to black belt status to take on the next level!

With their Star Wars “laser” skills ready, it was time for the ultimate showdown our Universal Jedi Volleyball competition! 🏐✨

So much fun, so many laughs, and memories we’ll never forget!

We had an incredible time celebrating our Plant City Kentucky Derby party today at Grace Manor at Hunters Creek! 🐎🎉

From our exciting horse race game (be sure to check out the videos in our next posts!) to sipping on refreshing mint juleps and enjoying delicious cookies, the day was full of fun. We also tested our knowledge with Kentucky Derby trivia and shared sweet stories about the horses that have touched our lives.

Days like this remind us how special our community truly is—we always have the best time together! 💚
