Hello you all, how many people have went to Quest and wasn't able to be seen due to not having an appointment or just sitting there until they close, and still didn't get seen? Well here at Angel Wings Diagnostic Labs we can help with that. You see there is no long lines and we accept insurance patients and cash paying patients that need blood work done. At Angel Wings Diagnostic Labs LLC we administrate a number of lab test such as DNA, Immigration DNA, DOT and Non-DOT Drug test, HIV testing, Pregnancy test, Blood work, Rapid Covid-19 Antigen Test, PCR Covid Test, and Gender Reveal Test. We are a fee for service company...at the moment we don't accept any insurance. We are accepting appointments, and we offer mobile services for some of our test.
