Pregnancy Brain? Or Just Tired? 😅
Let’s talk about one of the most real and relatable parts of pregnancy: the forgetfulness!
It’s not just in your head (pun intended)—many expecting moms report feeling more forgetful or “foggy.”
🧠 This is sometimes called “pregnancy brain”, and it’s a real thing!
Here’s why it happens:
✔️ Hormonal changes (hello, estrogen and progesterone!)
✔️ Disrupted sleep
✔️ Increased stress and multitasking
✔️ Brain literally reprioritizing to focus more on baby-related tasks
💡 What can help?
– Sleep when you can (easier said than done, we know!)
– Stay hydrated
– Write things down (sticky notes = lifesavers)
– Give yourself so much grace
