Sunday Skincare Routine ✨

Sundays are for self-care, and that means it's time to pamper your skin! Here's my go-to routine to reset and refresh for the week ahead:

Tone: Restore balance with a toner to tighten pores and remove any lingering residue from your mask.

Serum: This is where the magic happens! Apply a serum that targets your skin concerns—whether it's hydration, anti-aging, or brightening.

Moisturize: Lock in all that goodness with a rich, nourishing moisturizer. Don't forget to gently massage it in!

Eye Cream: Brighten and hydrate the delicate skin around your eyes with a soothing eye cream.

Lip Balm: Last but not least, keep your lips soft and smooth with a hydrating lip balm.

July is ultra violet month. While in the sun please wear protective Eyewear and SPF. How to protect yourself apply both body and face sunscreen. This will reduce agingskin, acne and cancer.

Client's can protect themselves by gentle cleansing, water based serums, especially with hyaluronic acid and moisturize.

It is also best to apply spf that is water resistant and zinc for better protection against UVB and UV.

This weekend was amazing and enriching. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Robert Spaulding of Medinail Training. Dr. Spaulding is amazing friendly and very knowledgeable of the feet. His expertise within diseases of the feet, treatment and prevention, is astonishing. I am so eager to divulge in his books and training courses. Today, he introduced us with his newest invention footjelly spa tub. This is great for client's with neuropathy, diabetes and callous.

There will be major improvement and wellness services for my business after training completiong.

One of a Kind will be offering Medical Pedicures starting June 1, 2024. Therefore, a total of four models are needed to enhance our business portfolio. Client must be willing to allow One of a Kind staff, to capture photo's and videography. Clients must have callus, toe nail discoloration or toe nail issues. If you are under doctor's care, please bring approval.
