Pregnancy depends on timing, environment, and hormonal sequence not just ovulation.
Even when ovulation occurs, pregnancy can be delayed if:
• progesterone rises too late
• inflammation is high
• uterine blood flow is restricted
• the nervous system is under stress
These issues don’t always show on labs, but they show clearly in the cycle pattern.
Signs timing may be off:
– short luteal phase
– spotting before period
– painful or heavy periods
– exhaustion after ovulation
If conception hasn’t happened, the issue is usually coordination, not failure.
