Try a NEWS DETOX and see what it does for your mind, body, and spirit. โจ Whether one day or one week, put the apps on hold, choose lighthearted television (or better yet, turn it off altogether), and connect with nature, yourself, and your loved ones. Before you return to engaging with news sources, think about how you can do so with extra awareness, intentionality, and boundaries in place.ย
Have you already done a news detox? How did it go?
