Located in a well-maintained, safe community, our newly remodeled facility features private or semi-private living spaces, an updated kitchen, a communal living area for recreation, and a gated backyard with various lounge and sitting areas. For your safety, we have installed entrance ramps, non-slip tiles, and grab bars. Certain living areas have been created to accommodate individuals who require wider hallways and door frames. Regular housekeeping and laundry are provided to all residents. Meals and snacks are planned by a dietitian and cooked by the staff. Meals are modified based on input from residents and can be modified to fit specialized dietary needs. A garden area is also available for those who enjoy growing flowers, vegetables, and herbs.

Along with having your daily living needs attended to by a live-in assistant 24/7, our staff will offer various enriching activities that have been tailored to your interests and designed to stimulate your body and mind. Example activities include music hours, puzzles, dancing, and planting, as well as leaving the facility to engage in community activities and events. Each resident can decide whether they would like to have cable and Internet in their room, and a personal trainer knowledgeable in working with older adults and individuals with disabilities is also available for an additional charge.

Royal Palm Residence offers affiliated medical and home health services for those residents who don't currently have their own. The facility is located near several hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and ALF pharmacies. Plantation is also full of parks, malls, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores for our residents and their visitors to enjoy!
