Hiiiiii everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself 👋🏼
I’m Helene! A wife, mama of 3, and the hands and heart behind Abide Birth Services!

When I first stepped into this calling, I knew birth was sacred but now, with every birth attended and every mama prayed over, I know it’s even deeper: Birth is HOLY!

I’ve supported many families in hospitals, birth centers, and in their homes. From baby’s first cries to postpartum tears, I’ve watched God move powerfully in every season.
My mission is still the same: to serve your family with truth, presence, and to always point back to the One who makes life possible.

“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”

What a year of faith, miracles, and motherhood 🤰🏻

✨ Jan: The vision for Abide was confirmed at this young adults conference.
✨ Feb: I witnessed my first unmedicated VBAC in a hospital, this mama roared her baby into her arms.
✨ March: This mama labored all night and baby arrived right before breakfast.
✨ April: Nothing sweeter than watching those babies grow!
✨ May: I started my mentorship with and booked our first client!
✨ June: Teaching this first time mama how to breastfeed was such an honor.
✨ July: This baby boy was so in love with his mama he latched the second he saw b**b!
✨ August: This mama literally breathed her baby out it was mindblowing !
✨ September: Doctors said baby wouldn’t make it. But God said otherwise what a miracle!
✨ October: A prophecy was spoken over this mama’s birth and it came true. I also met my doula sister 💕
✨ November: This mama is a conqueror! Her husband read Scripture over her labor and the room was filled with power!
✨ December: Bittersweet to wrap the year with final postpartum visits.

Thank You, Jesus for every family, every birth, every moment. 2025 was sacred. Here’s to more in 2026 🙏🏼

We are looking back on 2025 with so much gratitude! 11 families. Countless prayers. One faithful God. Thank you to every mama, partner, and baby who let Abide walk beside you. We’re just getting started 🕊️

But reverent, powerful, and covered in grace.

This is the beauty of homebirth.
Held by heaven.
Supported by your village.

Not every birth looks the same but His presence is always welcome here 🕊️

Some births are quiet, others are raw and roaring.
Some happen in tubs, others in ORs.
Some unfold just as hoped and others require holy surrender.

But in every birth space, one truth remains,
God is not absent. He is near.
He meets us in the contraction, in the cry, in the stillness, in the shift.

We don’t control the outcome but we can always choose to invite His presence.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
- Psalm 46:1 🕊️

This is the moment 🕊️

When the birth plan is surrendered.
When the striving gives way to trust.
When a mother lays down her will and yields to the One who authored life itself.

As a Christian doula, no tool I carry is greater than the authority of prayer.
Laying hands. Speaking life. Calling on the presence of the Lord to fill the room.

This is holy ground.
And I am honored to stand on it every time 🥹

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’”

Birth isn’t a performance. It’s not a test.
It’s a sacred, God-designed process. 🤍

This is your reminder:
You don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to people please.
You don’t have to panic.

You can pause.
You can pray.
You can ask, learn, and wait on God 🕊️

You were never meant to “bounce back.”
You were meant to allow your body to be used for His glory !

Birth is not a medical emergency it’s a sacred design.

Your body was created by God to give birth with wisdom, rhythm, and purpose.
When we honor the process and reduce unnecessary interference, we create space for peace, presence, and power. 🙌🏽

✨ Physiological birth isn’t chaotic it’s ordered.
✨ Your hormones know what to do.
✨ God’s design is not lacking.

Let’s stay informed, stay grounded in truth, and remember: Interventions have a place fear doesn’t.
