📱 Smartphones — what a wonderful device, isn’t it?

But sometimes, while scrolling, we miss the most beautiful moments around us.

In today’s world, being connected feels natural — from checking notifications when we wake up to scrolling before bed. That’s why a digital detox can be life-changing. It simply means stepping away from your phone or computer for a while to give your mind the rest it deserves.

If you often check your phone every few minutes, struggle to sleep, or find it hard to focus, your mind may be asking for a break. Don’t let your device control you — take control back.

To be honest, I have turned off all the social media notifications in my mobile phone. Now I got no more distractions. I try to spend my free time reading books, connecting with family and friends, and doing workouts. That really may help to focus better on my works.

Start small: turn off notifications, go for a walk, read a book, or spend time with family. It’s not about throwing your phone away; it’s about building better habits.
