Now that the dust has begun to settle after the wrap up of the Holiday Fair (bake and decorate just over 1,000 cupcakes), it was time to get busy in the Gray Kitchen.
First up was Gateau Unvisible aux Pom. No pictures, as it got devoured during church coffee hour right after it was sliced.
Then an upside down caramel apple cake.
Followed by a pit of chili and pan of corn bread.
Tonight was a beef stew , followed by a Black Forest Cake

Hibachi night tomorrow. I am going to try my hand at making a Japanese cheesecake. Plan is to serve still a little warm.
It will all come down to timing. Pictures to follow.

So, we are the whole thing. Which means no pictures.
Broke out the air fryer to experiment.
Low carb “lasagna”. I had to use a bit of fettuccine noodles since i did not have lasagna noodles.
Layers- sauce, ground beef, mozzarella, bit of fettuccini, repeat with all but more noodles.
Would definitely make again
