Established formally over 2000 years ago, yogic tradition teaches what science now confirms; A committed yoga practice will effectively and positively alter all cells and systems of the body increasing flexibility, strength, endurance, immune response and hormonal balance. Yoga encourages mental clarity, facilitates the relaxation response and inspires a deeper sense of connection to Life through self-care, community-based activities and service. Perhaps it is something else. Set realistic and gentle goals, commit to regular practice and resolve to do it a little better every day! Let us help.....
