Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer of women, and Go Red Day is a powerful reminder that awareness and action can save lives.

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6, we encourage our community to wear red to be seen, to be counted, and to be heard. Wearing red is a simple but meaningful way to support women’s heart health and help make an impact.

Together, we can be stronger than heart disease and stroke. To learn more, find resources, and get involved, visit the American Heart Association at https://www.heart.org.

Meadowview got a little _extra_ crunchy while celebrating Pickle Week with a pickle party that brought the fun (and the flavor). 🥒

Residents sampled five different pickle varieties paired with cheddar cheese, and the debate was lively from the very first bite. In the end, atomic spicy pickles stole the show—no contest! Bread and butter, half sour, sweet gherkins, and classic dill spears rounded out the tasting, along with plenty of laughs and playful reactions along the way.

Bold flavors, big opinions, and a whole lot of smiles made this a party to remember.

National Health Care Associates leaders kicked off 2026 with intention and purpose. They came together to reconnect, align, and recommit to the values of kindness, compassion, service, and excellence. These values guide the care we provide every day and help us create safe, supportive, and meaningful experiences for our residents.

Here’s to a year of caring, connection, and quality ahead.

Employees were treated to some seriously delicious meatball grinders as a big thank-you for all their hard work and dedication. The smell alone had everyone smiling, and the lunch break felt extra special. 😄

Huge thanks to Diane and her team for rolling up their sleeves, making the meatballs, and taking care of all the details that made this such a fun and successful event. Good food and great teamwork make the best combination.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S., making heart health a vital focus for individuals and communities alike.

This American Heart Month, National Health Care Associates is proud to ensure that patients and families are in good hands for cardiac care at any of National’s centers. We are especially proud of the seven National centers that have earned American Heart Association certification, reflecting our ongoing commitment to education, prevention, and advanced cardiovascular care.

Friday night is always our favorite night of the month at Summit — because our beloved Careoke friends are here! 🎶

Even with the freezing temperatures outside, the music, laughter, and love filled the room and made everything feel warm and cozy inside. Nights like this remind us how much joy shared moments can bring.
