KineticZ KineticZ is a private training facility located just west of Elgin, IL. Focused on creating a health KineticZ has been started by trainer Zac Schrieber.

Zac is an educated and passionate individual interested in improving the overall quality of life for everybody he works with through movement analysis and personal training. He has dedicated his life, professionally and recreationally, to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle while instructing and sharing his enthusiasm with others. He has earned his Associates in Ski Area Operations from Colorado Mountain College also completing his EMT-basic, continued studying Exercise Sport Science at Western State Colorado University, and graduated with his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University. He then interned at Paradigm Performance training under Dr. Stuart Hui focusing on EXOS, and Z-Health modalities to prevent injury and increase performance amongst athletes at all levels. In 2015 Zac moved to Los Angeles to train Hollywoods most elite actors to increase their fitness level to prepare them for stunt training. He is currently a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is First Aid & CPR certified through the American Heart Association. Zac has decided to bring his knowledge of fitness back home to where he was born and raised, Elgin Illinois.
