On Sunday (5/3/2026), our home experienced a significant water main break that resulted in widespread flooding throughout our entire home. This occurred during routine maintenance after a small leak was identified. During repair efforts, the pipe unexpectedly burst, leading to rapid water intrusion.

We are incredibly grateful to share that all of our residents were safely evacuated, and no one was injured.

We want to extend our deepest thanks to our staff, first responders, healthcare partners, families, and the many community members across the state who stepped in without hesitation. The compassion, urgency, and teamwork shown in ensuring each resident was safely relocated and cared for has been nothing short of extraordinary.

We understand how difficult and unsettling it is for families and loved ones to be temporarily separated. Please know that the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents remains our highest priority, and they are being closely supported during this time.

Our team is actively working with restoration professionals to assess the damage and begin the process of recovery. While we do not yet have a timeline for reopening, we are committed to restoring our community and bringing our residents back home as soon as it is safely possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

April sure has kept us on our toes this year! 🌧️💨 While the storms have been strong and, at times, challenging for many in our communities, we’re holding onto a little hope and a lot of gratitude.

Through every storm, our residents and staff remind us what true strength and community look like. 💙

“April showers bring May flowers,” and we’re looking forward to brighter days, blooming moments, and more time spent together enjoying all that spring has to offer. 🌷

Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by the recent weather, and we are especially grateful for the strength, kindness, and resilience shown by our residents, staff, families, and neighbors. 💙
