UW-Platteville University Counseling Services

UW-Platteville University Counseling Services UCS provides confidential, short-term counseling to students on the UW-Platteville campus. We offer written resources, programs or presentations upon request.

University Counseling Services (UCS) is the primary source of mental health counseling for students on the University of Wisconsin-Platteville campus. Confidential, short-term counseling is provided to assist students with personal, social, developmental, academic, or career concerns related to their education progress, personal growth, and general well-being. Counseling Services staff are available to faculty and staff for consultation on a variety of mental health topics. We welcome the opportunity to share information with your classes, departments, or organizations about the services we provide to campus. If you have a disability and desire accommodation, please advise us of your request as far in advance as possible by calling Deirdre Dalsing 608-342-1865.

Gratitude has the power to strengthen relationships, boost well-being, and remind us of the good that’s already around us.

This month’s RAKtivist activity invites you to write a heartfelt letter to someone who’s made a difference in your life, and to reflect on the strengths you bring to the world.

A few simple sentences can create connection, healing, and joy on both sides. 💛 Download the activity and take a few minutes to share your gratitude today: https://www.randomactsofkindness.org/become-a-raktivist
