Soda Swap Idea! Sparkling mineral water with a packet or two of True Lime is a great replacement for a soda. No calories, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no dyes. You get the carbonation and citrusy taste without all the rest. These packets (as well as lemon and orange) can be found at the grocery store. Give it a try and make sure to let us know what you think! P.S. take a drink from the bottle before dumping in the packet or you'll have a fizzy mess coming out the top. Have a great weekend!
