Campus Programming and Relations Campus Programming and Relations creates a fun environment at UW-Platteville by planning events! There is always an event coming up on campus!

CPR is the pulse of campus life at UW-Platteville, creating fun ways to spend your time outside of class is our business. Whether it's a comedian, dollar movie night, or open talent night- we make it fun to be a Pioneer! All events are free and for UW-Platteville students unless otherwise indicated. Join us for Ag Day on Campus today, April 29!
CPR and the UWP Collegiate Farm Bureau will be on the West Lawn of the Markee from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. celebrating all things agriculture. Come meet the animals at the petting farm, visit with campus ag organizations, and learn more about the impact agriculture has on our world. Don’t miss this fun and interactive event!

Employee Spotlight:
Meet Owen!

Owen is a sophomore from Warren, IL majoring in Animal Science and Agri-Business. This is his second semester on our staff as an event producer. His favorite thing about working for CPR is the ability to plan events to make being a student at UW-Platteville more fun. Owen is currently working on Ag Day on Campus, which is happening TOMORROW, April 29 on the West Lawn, The Markee! One campus tradition he thinks everyone should experience is Homecoming because the pride for our school from the community and students is tremendous.

Owen's favorite way to spend a day off is relaxing with friends and family. One thing he can't live without is his moped. If he won $5,000 today he would buy 2,958 Twix bars, and one thing on his bucket list is making it to his 90th birthday. One goal Owen is working towards right now is graduating. If he could give his younger self one piece of advice it would be to not take anyone's advice.

Owen brings a mix of reliability and positive energy to the team! He is someone people naturally trust to follow through and lift others up along the way. His attention to detail and willingness to step in wherever needed make a real difference, and we’re lucky to have him as part of our staff.

Employee Spotlight:
Meet Danielle!

Danielle is a sophomore from West Bend, WI majoring in Biology with a minor in chemistry. This is her very first semester on our staff as an event producer. Her favorite thing about working for CPR is being able to work behind the scenes on events that so many people get to enjoy.

Danielle is currently working on Book Bingo which is happening May 15 at Karmann Library! One campus tradition she thinks everyone should experience is Paint Glow. Her go-to karaoke song is You Belong with Me by Taylor Swift. One thing on her bucket list is to travel to Greece, and her celebrity crush is Jacob Elordi. One thing Danielle can't live without is sunglasses. If she could give her younger self one piece of advice it would be to never focus on what other people think of you, grow into the person YOU want to be.

Danielle has been an invaluable addition to our team! She brings timeliness, organization, creativity, and kindness to the group, and we appreciate every bit of it. Keep up the great work, Danielle!
