Full Time/In Person Office Assistant/Scheduler:

Looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an office assistant/scheduler. Our mission and goal are to offer a work/life balance for all our employees. SPCA is a state of the art surgical center offering a wide range of minimally invasive interventional pain procedures.

The right candidate will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to surgical scheduling and reception work. If you’re looking for a great place to work and a place that values being part of a team, please apply for consideration.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient documentation skills.
Detail oriented.
Proficiency with basic accounting and office procedures.
Oral written and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.

Job Type: Full-time
8-hour shift (40 per week)
Monday to Friday
No nights
No weekends

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
