Beginner Yoga & Meditation with the Phenomenal Heather Gottlob

We’re thrilled to announce a special wellness event exclusively for our clients, led by the inspiring Heather Gottlob!

Heather is a proud mom, dedicated educator, and passionate wellness advocate who has been a vibrant part of the Plattsburgh fitness & wellness community for many years. She brings deep experience in teaching strength-training, Pilates, yoga, and mindfulness—all grounded in positive self-talk and mindful breathing.

She has also led powerful community discussions on mindset and the importance of daily habits. In her words:

“In a world that often feels out of control, routines and habits help me shape my life in a positive light. I’ve worked hard to create daily tools to control my mindset, reactions, and breath—the three essentials for living an empowered life.”
