Meadowbrook Healthcare is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of The Orchards at Meadowbrook, the regions only Limited Assistance residence that allows individuals to age in place.
The Orchards at Meadowbrook is a Limited Assistance residence. Living quarters are similar to Assisted Living in that they are separate and independent. Unlike Assisted Living, The Orchards allows you to age in place with an enhanced array of healthcare services that will provide you with the highest level of care. A unique benefit of The Orchards at Meadowbrook is that if and when your health or finances change, you have the ability to transition without being upended and forced to move and have to find another home.
“We are the only residence that can provide specialized care that prevents you from having to move to another home as you age and need more attention.”Said Meadowbrook’s CEO/Administrator, Paul Richards. “For our residents and their families, it is simply peace of mind knowing that we can provide a continuum of care.”
The Orchards at Meadowbrook was built in 2017. Meadowbrook employs three Board Certified Physicians and a Physician Assistant, as well as experienced and skilled nursing and therapy staff. The residents of The Orchards at Meadowbrook are able to receive medical, dental and therapeutic care. The Activities Department provides ongoing diverse and engaging music and enrichment activities for the residents as well.
