Dr. Christopher Benoit is a compassionate chiropractor with years of experience, and he is always eager to see what the right healthcare can do for you.

Explore the treatment options that are right for you!
• Chiropractic manipulation / adjustment - relieves pain by hands on manipulation of the spine. Additionally, this process improves your body's overall physical function.
• Soft tissue massage - Dr. Benoit will loosen tight muscles to maximize benefits of chiropractic care.
• Cold therapy - works well to reduce pain and swelling within the first 72 hours of onset of pain or injury.
• Heat therapy - helps increase blood flow and eases muscle tension.
• Therapeutic exercise - includes home exercises to keep your back and body strong and reduce the number of visits to the office. If this is necessary for your treatment, Dr. Benoit will explain what exercises are best to help with your care.
• Orthotic assessment - Ankle, foot, and gait issues can often cause structural and functional issues in your back. If necessary, Dr. Benoit will recommend and mold a custom fit orthotic.
