We completed our first Telehealth Video Visits today. Thank you to our patients for your patience with this process. Video visits are initiated through our medical record software and allow for safe and secure communication with Dr. Sarnow. Please call the office if you would like to convert an existing appointment to a video visit or schedule a new appointment with us.

We are now available for telehealth video visits. We can send a link via e-mail or text message to initiate the visit in a web browser. Your device will need to have video capabilities. Data rates may apply. Most insurance companies are waiving co pays and co-insurances associated with telehealth visits. Please call the office for more information or to set up your visit.

We understand that many of our patients have been affected by the stay at home orders in place. Our patient statements continue to generate on schedule. If you are struggling financially and receive a bill, please contact our office. We will work to find an agreement that will work for all involved. We do not want to place any additional stress on our patients during this unusual time.

The office of Civil Rights at the Department of Health and Human Services is temporarily allowing telehealth visits. These services may not be HIPAA compliant, but can be used at the patient's discretion in order to limit contact during the COVID-19 outbreak. Our office is diligently researching the use of telehealth in order to provide our patients with continued service while limiting contact and potential spread of disease. We will post updates as available. If you or a family member would like to be seen through a telehealth visit, please call the office and leave your name and number with the receptionist. As soon as we have the capabilities to perform these services, we will contact interested individuals to set up appointments. As always, your continued patience and support is appreciated during these ever changing times.

In light of the current events, we would like all of our patients to be aware of the following updates:

We will continue to provide care in the office. In order to limit exposure to staff and patients, we are asking that you please check in via phone upon your arrival. We are asking that whenever possible, patients wait in their vehicles for a treatment room to be ready for them. We appreciate your support and patience as we all adjust to the new recommendations.

Due to national shortages, the office has a limited supply of masks available. If you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms, we ask that you notify staff immediately, to prevent spread of illnesses.

Please call the office for treatment of any acute (non-life threatening) issues that can be treated during normal business hours instead of going to the ER. We will do our best to accommodate new patients experiencing acute problems including trauma. Our office is equipped with digital x-ray and can diagnose and treat fractures, non-systemic infections, and other ailments.
