Beginning August 4th 2025, our walk-in schedule is changing. Plattsburgh Medical Care patients will be able to utilize walk-in services during the following hours:

Monday: 7am - 4pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 4pm
Wednesday: 7am - 4pm
Thursday: 7am - 4pm
Friday: 7am - 4pm

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no walk-ins today, Friday July 18, 2025. We will update this post if we are able to resume walk-ins at any point today. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Walk-Ins will end at 4:00pm today, Monday July 7. There will be no walk in provider tomorrow July 8th. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but walk-in services will begin at 9:00 this morning, Thursday July 3 and the office will be closed tomorrow, July 4th.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but there will be no walk-in services today, Friday June 27th. We will resume normal walk-in hours Monday June 30th.

Plattsburgh Medical Care is seeking a full-time LPN, preferably with experience in primary care and/or experience with Medent EHR but willing to train the right person. Must be reliable, motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Please submit resume with references to kristi.provost@pmedcare.com
