How I got my business name!

I wanted something that would be metaphysical, and also relaxed. The Sacred Chill is designed with spiritual intentions in mind. I can be professional, and make things feel casual and relaxed at the same time.

Here are three myths about massage services:

1) "no pain, no gain"
- This just isn't true. Deep tissue massage can be uncomfortable, but not unbearable. If you are in too much pain, the muscles will tense up and you wont get the results your looking for.

2) Massage "detoxifies" the body.
-Nope! There is no evidence that massage removes toxins from the body.

3) You must be naked to have a massage.
- Undress to your comfort level. Your therapist knows draping to keep you comfortable and covered appropriately.

Starting a skincare routine can be overwhelming. You have all of these products and don't know what to do with them or what order they go in. Here is a step-by-step application.

1) first cleanse
2) second cleanse
3) exfoliator
4) toner
5) facial mask
6) serum
7) eye cream
8) moisturizer
and don't forget your sunscreen

let the product sit for about 10-15 minutes before you put your sunscreen.

Deep tissue does not equal better results!

I personally dont do deep tissue because it is too much on my body. Just because it "hurts so good" doesnt mean its beneficial for all sessions. Deep tissue targets specific areas with chronic pain and can create soreness afterwards. If your looking for more relaxation, swedish is the best option for you.
