Lisa has a lifelong passion for physical and psychological well-being. Over the years, she has remained committed to her own fitness journey while encouraging others to care for themselves through movement and mindfulness. After teaching fitness classes at Clinton Community College and the YMCA in her earlier years, Lisa returned to teaching following retirement from a long career in Clinical Counseling and public service. She is certified in Breathwork and holds a 200-hour Yoga certification, with a special focus on helping Seniors build functional strength, mobility, and overall wellness through breath-centered, accessible practices.

A lifelong North Country resident, Lisa spent over 20 years with the Social Security Administration, retiring as District Manager of the Plattsburgh office. She also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Plattsburgh State University and Clinton Community College and has been deeply involved in local boards and community service organizations.

We’re grateful to have Lisa sharing her wisdom and soulful presence with our Stoneworks community. 🤍

January invites us to slow down, soften, and tend to our nervous systems. This month at Stoneworks Massage & Skin Care, we’re offering a series of deeply restorative experiences designed to support rest, regulation, and gentle reset—without pressure or expectation.

Join us for a series of deeply restorative sound experiences this January Tuesdays at 6:30pm— from Prana Nidra and Gong Meditation to Float Frequency, Yoga Nidra with Alchemy Bowls, and a full Sound Journey.

Each offering is designed to support rest, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection in a calm, welcoming space.
