Some foods burn clean while others produce exhaust and free radicals causing damage to our tissues and cells ultimately producing inflammation. Inflammation can be the cause of headaches, lack of energy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, auto immune disease, or diseases such as cancer. The best way to avoid inflammation is to choose real whole foods over processed foods (those from a box, bag or can).
