Educate2Eliminate We offer an integrative approach to mental health. Hi All! This page is dedicated to educating the public about mental health and related issues.

From individual sessions to community education to healthcare services, we are truly take a mind, body and soul approach to mental wellness. I know this is my calling and why God has placed me here on this earth. I always laugh that my step-mom used to tell me all the time when I was in high school that my mouth would get me in trouble someday…and she was right, it does but I speak the truth and am very vocal about the rights of others, especially the mentally ill. My loved ones will not have all died in vain, I may not have and my voice then, but I do now and it wont be silenced.

I pray for the end of corporal punishment.

We cannot beat kindness into children.

We cannot yell at children to “stop yelling!!!” and expect them to walk away with the skills they need to regulate their emotions.

It’s just not how human brains, hearts, or spirits work.

Emotional education. Many of us never got it. So how do we pass it on to the next generation?

We do it... over time, starting right here, where we are, today. We do it by seeking CONNECTION not perfection.
