Residents in "Carlos's Capable Cardio" focus on posture, ankle + knee stability, and efficient muscle engagement to support better balance with safer steps. In Strength and Balance, participants work through personalized resistance exercises (with close attention to form) to support safe and steady movement throughout the day.
