Both tendonitis and bursitis cause pain, swelling, and reduced mobility, but they affect different parts of the body:

🦴 Tendonitis is inflammation of a tendon (the tissue connecting muscle to bone)
🧴 Bursitis is inflammation of a bursa (the fluid-filled sac that cushions joints)

Common causes:
– Overuse or repetitive movements
– Poor posture or biomechanics
– Aging or underlying conditions
– Sudden increase in activity

Symptoms may include:

✔️ Swelling or tenderness
✔️ Stiffness around joints
