Foot pain that won’t quit? It might be Tibialis Posterior Tendonitis.

• Flatfoot or collapsed arch
• Pain that worsens with activity
• Difficulty standing on tiptoes

Left untreated, it can progress and affect your ability to move comfortably. The good news? With the right care, recovery is possible.

Is your neck feeling stiff lately?

Poor posture, long hours at a desk, and constant phone use can all limit your neck mobility. The good news is that a few simple habits can help improve movement and reduce stiffness.

Here are a few ways to support better neck mobility:

• Practice gentle neck stretches to reduce tightness and improve flexibility
• Improve your posture, especially when sitting or using your phone
• Take movement breaks throughout the day to avoid prolonged stiffness

Consistent mobility work can help reduce discomfort and improve how your neck moves throughout the day.
