Dear Patients and Community,
We have heard your feedback — both directly and indirectly — about the frustrations with our transition to a new pharmacy software and point-of-sale system. What we had expected to be a one-week adjustment period lasted much longer, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused. With folded hands, we extend our heartfelt apologies and gratitude for your patience and understanding.
We are pleased to share that the transition is now complete, and our phone refill system is on, to process your phone requests. In addition, we’ve made several improvements to better serve you:
• A refreshed pharmacy layout to improve efficiency.
• New and improved phone service, updated technology, to reduce wait times.
• Actively recruiting more staff and providing enhanced training for our current team.
• We take all insurances and worker’s comp
• We refill your prescriptions only as per your request
We are also excited to announce new benefits for our patients, including:
• Free local delivery for prescription medications
• Medication synchronization so all your refills are ready together
• And many more patient-centered services coming soon
