A little nippy though; 29F and super windy. But, as we say in Sweden: There is no bad weather, only Bad clothing!

Could not have left the country for weeks without the enclosure I built. It takes up my whole freaking livingroom. Just so that my bullied baby Arwen could have peace without any other four legged baby terrorize her.
I wonder if would like to partner up with me after seeing my invention🤪😆😜. Maybe I should give him a call!!?
What does say? Does any of you remeber Arwen? She has a private cat hotel!
But honesty,
I want my livingroom back soon…..
That being said, I need to adopt a cat out soon.

Back to “Hanging “ out in the Pilates studio! Guess what this exercis is called? Yup “Hanging”!😆 Joseph Pilates named his exercises in a pretty self explanatory way! While this exercise isn’t for everyone, it feels awesome to decompress the spine, stretch out the psoas, hip flexors, and intestines, and, the head gets some nice fresh blood flow as well!

I am so stoked to have received my certificate today! I am now a Mindvalley Paul McKenna certified Hypnotherapist’s. It’s been an exciting and fascinating ride. I am so looking forward to use my new tools on my journey to help others feel better/good/the best, and absolutely amazing!
