What if Money, Wealth, and Abundance were people? What would they look like to you?

I’ve always seen them as either frequencies of light and/or androgynous Beings.

Recently, I was encouraged to gather images that I could relate to that represented money, wealth, and abundance (etc.) and I thought, why not make them me?

Who better to connect and relate to than myself? I already felt like I had a good relationship with the energy of all things abundance, but this brought me closer and more in love actually.

Most of us have very complicated relationships with all things abundance.

Really sit with these words, how they feel to you? Be honest with yourself and you most likely will have conflicting emotions.

✨Wealth
✨Abundance
✨Riches
✨Resources
✨Fortune
✨Assets
✨Prosperity
✨Enough

What if you believed all of these words were actually frequencies that were also you? How does that make you feel?

I believe that they are you, me, and everyone and everything around us. We have TRILLIONS of cells in our bodies - we are our own galaxies in continuous miraculous creation. Start seeking abundance and it will remind you that it’s always been there.

I’m so grateful for the amazing women that signed up for our Womb Healing Sound Bath Guided Meditation yesterday. I was guided to offer this several weeks ago and have been taken on multiple journeys of healing around this in meditation.

Everything I offer, everything I share, everything I am is very intentional.

I take offering safe healing space very seriously. I have thousands of hours of training, study, practice, and application in what I share.

Happy 7th Gotcha Day to us and Ares! Our home forever changed bringing this sweet spicy boy into our lives. He’s big, loud, and bosses us all around and we happily do his bidding in exchange for headbutts and snuggles. 😹 Kenji is his favorite, I’m next, and then Dana…he’s still in denial about Echo. The love of a cat is something very special and I’m so grateful he chose us to be his family. 💗🙏🏻😻 May he live as long as possible healthy, happy, and knowing he’s loved beyond measure.

Blessings of Tuxedo Cats

Every day when I walk the farm with my dog I repeat this prayer multiple times. I also express gratitude and ask for forgiveness in whatever way is needed.

The Earth is a living Being. The land we walk on, all that we see and don’t see is alive. We share this place with many on multiple planes and timelines. There is so much more beyond the surface.

Our society feels the need to own everything and that’s how we are currently set up. I like to call myself a steward instead. While I am here, I will do my best to bring peace in all possible ways. 🙏🏻✨🌎

🐈‍⬛ Echo ✨

The newest member of our family. This little angel showed up on the farm over a week ago and pretty much demanded to come inside.

He would come up just close enough to yell at us. I told the Universe if he was meant to be our baby, then he would need to let me know. I was worried about him being cold and we have coyotes. Well, he moved himself into the garage and within a couple days became brave enough to come up to me and walked right into the kennel so I could bring him inside.

Today is day 4 of being an inside cat and so far he seems to love it. He’s getting lots of love, food, and rest. Kenji 🐕 checks on him about 10x a day and Ares 🐈‍⬛ is in complete denial. 😂 My sweet boys. Echo is hanging out in a room by himself so we can safely and slowly integrate him into our home.

Both Dana and I felt the depth of this sweet boy’s soul. He feels old and wise inside a teeny kitty body. What a blessing we’ve been entrusted with. 🙏🏻

His name is Echo because his meow was so loud, it echoed out. I see sound and his meows flowed out from him in a beautiful green and white light and it felt perfect for him. 😻

Feel your feelings without judgement or shame for yourself. There are valid reasons you’re feeling what you are.

Honor your body’s way of helping you learn, grow, and heal. They should settle as the wisdom comes forward and anchors in.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by them or they are consuming you, please seek help from someone who can hold space for you to process them in a loving way.

Here are some ways to help on your own:
✨Take a good break from social media.
✨Go out into nature (take your shoes off and ground if possible).
✨Play and snuggle with your pets.
✨Take deep slow belly breaths in the nose and slowly exhale through the mouth.
✨Squeeze your fingers, hands, and arms (start with your fingers and work up).
✨Tell yourself something like, “even though I’m feeling ________ right now, I’m open to start feeling _________ when I’m ready. My feelings are valid and are teaching me more about myself, but these feelings are not who I am. I am much more than my feelings. I honor and offer love to myself right now in this moment.”
✨Tap or rub the center of your chest while breathing and saying affirmations that feel true to you.
✨Meditate
✨Hum
✨Create art - draw, sing, dance, laugh, sew, crochet, paint, whatever feels creative to you.
✨Do whatever brings you joy and takes your mind somewhere else.

PLEASE do not tell others how to feel. Even well meaning, it is not helpful and can actually be harmful.
