UPDATE: Feliz Landscaping asked if I'd share that Feliz Landscaping is offering a reward (at their discretion) of up to $4,000 for information leading to the return of the mower.

Hi folks, a local landscaper had one of his mowers that he relies upon stolen. If you have any information, please contact them (or the Spring Township Police Department) so that they can get their mower back!

Please avoid N Vanessa between Melanie and Tealbriar as emergency crews respond to a fire.

UPDATE: Based on some reports, it seems that all occupants are safe (including a cat), but there is significant damage to a vehicle and a home that were involved in the fire.

Emergency crews are still in the area, but the fire appears to be controlled. Please still avoid the area.

Remember to be kind to your community park and leave no trace.

Pack out what you pack in so you can trash your trash at home (in an appropriate receptacle). In other words, if you bring something with you to the park, take it home with you too.

The Pleasant Hills Community Yard Sale is planned for the weekend before Memorial Day weekend (due to popular demand): Friday, May 19th through Sunday, May 21st. Homeowners/residents who would like to put out a table may do so on any one or more of the days. PHHA will be posting some signs to promote the weekend.

A special meeting is being held this evening at 7pm. If you have not, please register using your Personal Security Code (sent to you on the green announcement card that was mailed to you last month) at https://phha.info/amr We will recap projects from 2022, talk about projects that we're considering for 2023, and elect two board members to sit in seats 2 and 3 through 2026 (you could be one of them!). I hope to see you there!
