I offer quality massage therapy to provide relief and relaxation, both physical and emotional. I’ve always been a nurturer. Helping other people makes me happy.

When I was a little girl I would play nurse whenever anyone in my family was sick, and give my older sisters massages. As I got older I considered a career in nursing, but felt conflicted about pursuing that passion at the expense of my other passion: being a mother to my four young children.

For a long time I felt content nurturing my husband and children, but as my kids grew older and were in school, I wondered if I could do more. My husband is in the Air Force, and during one of his deployments I got a few massages. When I realized how healing and nurturing massage can be, not just physically, but emotionally as well, I knew that’s what I wanted to do for other people. The more I thought about it, the more right it felt – here was an area where I could find an outlet for my passion to help other people, and still be available for my kids at home. Going to massage therapy school was so exciting for me; I loved every minute of it. I found that I was good at it, as if I had always had that talent in my hands, and now I was learning to use it. I love so many things about giving massages: seeing people let go and relax, helping people overcome physical ailments, being able to show loved ones how much I care about them. Not only have I learned a new method for helping others, but I have brought more happiness into my own life by identifying and acting on that nurturing passion.

I am so excited to announce that I have started doing massages at a MedSpa in Alpine on Tuesday and Friday mornings, and am trying to build a client base out there. RELAXATION MASSAGE
60 minutes - $70 * 90 minutes - $100
De-stress and unwind during this full-body massage. This massage will soothe your body and mind, transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation. This treatment consists of flowing strokes and gentle kneading of the muscles with the pressure adapted to your preference.

FOCUS MASSAGE
30 minutes – $40
Refresh with this 30 minute therapeutic massage. I will focus on a specific area of tension. For many people this is the shoulders, neck and upper back. This is a great service for those who are limited on time or don’t want a full-body massage.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
60 minutes – $70 * 90 minutes – $100
Find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. This service is beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain.

AROMATOUCH MASSAGE
20 minutes - $30
This unique combination of AromaTouch massage therapy and essential oils contributes to a relaxed yet focused mind. It brings an energetic, healthful vitality to the muscles and organ systems.
