As we all celebrate Independence Day and enjoy all the fun festivities tomorrow, please remember to take extra precautions around fire safety and staying hydrated. Many seniors enjoy being outside for the parades, carnivals, and fireworks; please assist them when walking to help reduce the potential of a fall. Falls are the number one reason seniors visit the ER. Friends help friends prevent falls.
