Where are you holding pain in your body? Yes, I mean more than just physical pain. Trauma, suppressed emotions, unresolved stress in your life will present as physical symptoms when the body needs to get your attention.

Did you know that the body keeps a very detailed score of what’s happened to you throughout your life and just talking about it, isn’t going to release it out of your cells?

Did you know that it’s possible to actually measure unresolved issues, PTSD, trauma, stress down to the cellular level?

Did you know that it’s possible to predict within measurable parameters, what styles of “dis-ease” your body is in the process of developing because of psychosomatic issues?

Cellular memory is a real thing. Genetic or generational memory is what we define as karmic load. Unfortunately, we die of the things that we don’t resolve. Every disease has a root emotional cause to it.

So the next question is how do we fix it? The honest truth is that you and I can’t. However, we can find out what your body needs to put itself in the right conditions for your body to fix itself. The assistance we bring to the table simply expedites your body’s ability to heal itself. Sometimes, that means eliminating certain foods so we can detox or re-regulate hormones. Sometimes that means pairing nutrition with physical therapeutic and emotional support so we can heal the whole self. Sometimes it means working with a master medicinal that can help rewrite neural pathways.

If you are struggling with PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, physical pain etc. there are ways to heal. We can give you the measurable results so you can actually get to the root of what’s happening in your health.

Healing from trauma, loss, and absence of those we love can rock us at our very core for what often seems as an undefined period and point in time.

It would not hurt, if we didn’t love. We simply can not know one without the other. However, those we choose to love can love us the most deeply and hurt us the deepest.

Are your choices to love certain people governed by your trauma?

Do we make the decision to love someone that is the complete opposite of what we’ve experienced with another?

Or do we love unconditionally, despite trauma that has shaped us?

Can you love unconditionally, and love others where they’re at without judgement?

Can you truly see others through the lense of pain that your own life and culture has shaped?

These are questions that present themselves at different times and points in our lives that really challenge our capacity to love on different levels. These moments ultimately teach us about ourself and where we need to focus our healing and growth next.

It’s easy to create a boundary after being hurt to say ”I’ll never love again because…”. But what does it say about the one that can approach love again and learn, reframe, and be open to finding peace?

By experiencing pain through love, we learn to appreciate what joy truly is. We can not know joy without sorrow. Your body will keep score so that you learn from your previous experience so that you can remain safe but sometimes this stops in our own progression.

Real joy comes from witnessing the broken get up and learn to love those around them, learn to love their lives, and learn to love themselves by granting themselves compassion as they learn with each choice they make.

It’s ok to break. It’s ok to heal. It’s ok to love and be loved. Without these experiences we would miss out on some of the most critical parts of the human experience.

It’s an honor to walk with you and you with us on a journey that teaches us most about ourselves as we heal through our own human experiences.

It is possible to really heal, love and be at peace. It’s ok to ask for someone to walk with you while you heal too. We are here to walk with you in your weakest and strongest moments…and we are honored to do so.

Healing requires us to be real…not perfect. Yet, as we learn how to practice being real, we begin to understand how to perfectly experience humanity.

Be in your emotions. Let them come.

Be honest with those in your space. Let them lead you.

Be with those that haven’t learned how to just ”be”. Let them teach you how far you’ve come.

Be in the place that lets you practice surrendering. Let it encompass you.

Be the safe place for yourself. Let it teach you who you are.

Be perfectly imperfect. Let it be your perfect reality.

Be with us. Let us be with you.

We all heal as we surrender perfectly together.
