Massage Therapists learn more than how to just work the muscles...
We learn a plethora of holistic healing techniques from essential oils and reiki to crystals and herbs as well as fascia work or even how to help process SER's(somatic emotional responses) in the body, among many other things. This is so we can best assist our patients with their needs in health while aiding therapists with being able to deal with bodies as a whole...

Together these 3 as a whole, are the most important tools to get you through what we call, life!
The following are just a few of the vast tools, knowledge, healing information, and outlets us human beings can utilize through difficult times.
By sharing this I hope to help educate others. These seem to have been very beneficial/effective for about 99% of the people I've come across and helped or conversed with on their healing journey, as well as in healing myslef.
They are also incredible ways to better understand yourself at the core and to better remember who you are meant to be!
No Sugar(unless it's natural and minimal), Being in Nature(at least 10 minutes a day or 1 hour per week), Sound or Music therapy(avoid songs with words), EMDR(eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing), Breathing exercises(there's a lot), Emotion code and Body code, Counselors/Therapy (complex traumatic stress disorder or CPTSD specialists), New hobbies (typically a physical activity), New positive social circle, Massage Therapy, Ayurvedic medicine, TCM (traditonal chinese medicine), EFT (emotional freedom tapping techniques), Microdosing (m**a, thc, psilocybin, l*d, ketamine etc. depending on your brain chemistry/trauma damage and done in correspondence with a medical professional), Animal therapy, Daily Positive thought training(remove negative phrases from vocabulary i.e. "life sucks" becomes "things are difficult right now and that's ok" plus, Positive self affirmations i.e. "I can't do this" becomes "I can do anything, it just might take more time, effort, help, patience, education etc"...
Challenge yourself to keep on healing and exploring what's best for you!
