Many of us have been stepping it up with New Years resolutions, and well let's face it many of us not so much.

Not just at the start of the year, but every day of the year I encourage you to move your butt! Yep get up, put your phone down and go grab a 5 minute walk.

Just 5 minutes. Let's start there. I can give you a list of reasons but let's just focus on one thing. Stiffness. By a simple walk you are working your muscles and joints, remember movement is medicine!
