I used to think of exercise as something I did primarily to safeguard my health. The busier I get in my business, though, the more I've come to realize that exercise is KEY to being productive in my business as well. Without it, my energy level, mental alertness, and ability to handle problems plummets. I now schedule exercise into my workday on a daily basis.

My purpose in life orbits around helping others stand resilient in the face of stress and find balance in their lives. I realized this year that there are lots of ways I can accomplish this mission. I’m excited to announce Footbridge Wellness has expanded services to include helping overwhelmed wellness entrepreneurs find balance in their professional and personal lives through virtual assistance support. To be honest, I didn’t really seek this expansion. Really it found me as colleagues asked me to help them with their business tasks after noticing that my inner program director and copyeditor never really turns off and comes uniquely packaged with a sense of positivity, evenness, and grounding stemming from my wellness work. One client shared that it’s healing to have me as an assistant as my energy alone keeps her less stressed. Cool! So here we go…if you know of an overworked, overwhelmed wellness entrepreneur (life coach, healer, fitness buff, etc.) that’s looking for someone who can not only take tasks off their plate but who understands their field and can help them be their best, send them my way. And don't worry, I’m still providing flower essences, Reiki, and energy healing to wellness care clients as well.

Karen Rezai, MPH, owner of Footbridge Wellness, helps others stay stress-free and balanced in both their professional and personal lives. She provides online business management services to busy, overwhelmed wellness entrepreneurs so they have more time to do what they love, both in and out of the office. She also offers holistic stress management wellness care to help them stay relaxed and balanced in body, mind and spirit as they meet the demands of their business.

Karen graduated with honors from Yale University and earned her Masters in Public Health from the University of CA at Berkeley. She worked for over a decade managing health and wellness programs on local and national levels and has an extensive background in behavioral psychology and community health.
