Community Alert: A rise in COVID-19. Should you have sign or symptoms of COVID-19, we have a limited amount of home testing kits. You can call the pharmacy to request a home testing kit. However, we do have the ability to test in the clinic. Please do not come into the clinic with sign and symptoms of COVID-19. Call Jessica Hall, triage nurse, at 2078530644 for further instructions. Please note we have COVID-19 care packs available to treat signs and symptoms.
