Hey there, parents! 🌟 Does your little one go from eating everything in sight to becoming a picky eater practically overnight? 🍽️ Don't worry, you're not alone! Some days they'll devour a whole plate of food, while other days they'll barely touch anything. 🀷 And who can forget the sudden aversion to green foods? πŸ₯¦ One day they love them, the next they're a no-go.

Setting boundaries during mealtime can help steer them in the right direction. Try offering a little bit of everything and encourage them to try each item before going in for seconds of their favorites. Remember, it's totally fine if they don't end up liking something. πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ

Don't stress about one bad meal or a picky phase. πŸ€— Think about the bigger picture! πŸ–ΌοΈ Monkey See, Monkey Do – your toddler is watching your every move. Show them what a balanced diet looks like by eating a variety of foods yourself. πŸ‡πŸ₯—

Lastly, remember that getting your toddler to eat a diverse diet is a marathon, not a sprint. You have 18 years to help them develop healthy eating habits. Be patient, be persistent, and keep leading by example. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸŽ

So, keep that positive energy up, parents! You've got this! πŸ‘ΆπŸ’ͺ

Hey parents! We often say to feed your little one "on demand." But do you know how to recognize when your newborn is hungry? πŸ‘ΆπŸ½οΈ

Look out for these signs:

1. **Rooting reflex**: When they turn their head and open their mouth, they might be trying to find the breast or bottle.
2. **Lip smacking**: This cute little gesture is a clear signal of hunger!
3. **Sucking on hands or fingers**: If you see this, it’s time to offer some food.
4. **Crying**: While crying isn’t always hunger, it’s usually a good indicator that your baby needs something.

Remember, every baby is different, so get to know your little one's unique cues. Trust your instincts, and don’t hesitate to feed whenever you think they need it!

Hunger cues are important for nurturing a positive feeding experience. Your baby will appreciate it! πŸ’–
