Most men will never do this.
Not because they can’t.
Because they won’t.

They’ll keep starting over.
Keep breaking promises to themselves.
Keep chasing “balance” while their bodies rot.

But some of us…
We choose the war.
We build discipline like a wall.
We suffer on purpose — for a purpose.
We train our flesh into submission (1 Cor. 9:27).
We present our bodies as a living sacrifice (Rom. 12:1).
We run to win.

This isn’t about six packs.
It’s about stewardship.
Obedience. Mission-readiness.
Legacy.

In the stillness, we stretch.

Last night we dimmed the lights, turned on the screen, and gathered to reset—not just our bodies, but our minds and spirits too.

Stretching isn’t just physical. It’s a spiritual practice. A moment to breathe, slow down, and surrender the tension we carry—stress, anxiety, fear, shame—into the hands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

When we stretch, we release what’s tight in our bodies, and in doing so, we also open our hearts to the One who holds it all together.

This is recovery. This is worship. This is re-grounding our souls in the truth:

“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Thank you to everyone who showed up in the dark and trusted the process. Healing happens in moments like this.
