Keenan CW Ramsey, MS, APRN, CRNA

Keenan brings a wealth of experience with 25 years in healthcare. She began her career in University of Louisville’s high acuity intensive care nursing truly refining her critical thinking skill and attention to detail. She then went on to earn her advanced degree from 2008-2010 specializing in anesthesiology for the past 15 years.

She completed her initial aesthetic training in 2018 which marked a pivot in her career while also operating a small ketamine infusion service to treat PTSD, anxiety and depression. Keenan still practices conventional OR as well as office based anesthesia in her time away from the AMORE - Pleasant Viewoffice as well. These professional activities clearly reflect her passion for health, beauty, and overall wellness for her clients.

Originally from a small coal mining town in western Kentucky, Keenan has raised her children in Pleasant View and called this amazing small town home since 2008. Beyond professional pursuits, she finds joy in family life with her husband, two children (just recently flee’ing the nest), and her mini labradoodle, Frankie. Whether exploring the outdoors through hiking and skiing, enjoying sports like golf, staying active with hot yoga fitness, or cherishing moments at home with good music and loved ones, Keenan is dedicated to using her gifts and talents to enhance the lives of others.

I bring over 9 years of nursing experience to the treatment room, with a background in ICU, Labor & Delivery, and as a Nursing Professor in Maternal-Newborn. I earned my Master’s in Women’s Health and became a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner so I could help women feel their absolute best — inside and out.

Sable Gudino (Maddox), DNAP, APRN, CRNA, Injector
Sable is a Cheatham County native and advanced practice nurse with over eight years of nursing experience, including specialized training in anesthesia from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. She has a strong background in pediatric cardiac ICU and trauma ICU, and continues to deliver anesthesia for patients of all ages.

At Amore Health & Beauty, Sable specializes in Botox and lip fillers, and will be assisting with hormone optimization and wellness consultations in the future. She combines her clinical expertise with an artful approach to aesthetics, focusing on precision, natural results, and a calm, personalized patient experience.
