Meet Our Billing Department

At Regents Medical Center, our Billing Department is staffed by experienced professionals who are not only dedicated to excellence in their work but also deeply connected to the community we serve.

Tracy Syler – AR Supervisor
As the Billing Manager at Regents, Tracy takes great pride in her role and the meaningful work she contributes each day. Coming from a large, close-knit family, she brings that same sense of care and community into her professional life. Outside of work, Tracy treasures time with her grandchildren, often cheering them on from the sidelines of their sporting events. A proud Tennessean, she is an enthusiastic fan of both the Tennessee Titans and the Tennessee Vols. For Tracy, there truly is no place like Tennessee, and she is proud to call it home.

Carrie Wilson – Billing and Collections Staff
With more than 15 years of experience as a medical biller and coder, Carrie brings a strong foundation of knowledge and skill to the Regents team. Originally from Chattanooga, she has called this area home for the past 30 years and values the strong sense of community it offers. Family is at the center of her life, and she loves spending time outdoors with loved ones. Whether fishing, sewing, painting, or crafting, Carrie finds joy in creativity and the simple pleasures of life.

Together, Tracy and Carrie ensure our patients receive accurate, efficient, and compassionate billing support—another way Regents strives to provide exceptional care for our community.

Being from this community, I’ve always loved it here and wanted to give back in a way that truly mattered. Over the years, Regents has grown right alongside our town. We’ve been proud to sponsor local sports teams, 5Ks, schools, and students, because health isn’t just about what happens in the clinic—it’s about being part of the whole community.
