Stella from OTF Shrewsbury just hit 750 classes — and this one means everything. After two kids and feeling like her strength was gone. After a third challenging pregnancy. After bed rest, injuries, and physical therapy … she kept showing up.

Because Orangetheory isn’t just a workout. It’s walking into a room and being seen. It’s strangers turning into your biggest supporters. It’s finding strength again — and realizing it never really left.

Shondra said it best: “Hell yeah I DID THAT!” Another Orangetheory DriTri in the books — and a PR at that. 🥳

Over the last year, she’s made her health a priority, losing 30 lbs in 15 months and becoming the strongest version of herself yet. She says Orangetheory has become her daily therapy — helping her build not just strength, but confidence, friendships, and a mindset rooted in consistency and fun.
